Très bon séjour Nous n'y avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit, mais y avons très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. La dame à l'accueil est adorable et les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. Le seul bémol était le bruit venant de la chambre du dessus, les pas lourds d'enfants résonnaient.

Lovely charming gem of a hotel Lovely hotel, family run. A very warm welcome awaited us at this charming hotel in the little town of Casciana Terme about 20 mins drive from Lajatico Tuscany. Great location for 40 min drive to Sienna, hour to Florence. We were here for the Bocelli concert July 2023 as were numerous other visitors to the hotel. Nice clean pool with plenty of Loungers. Good breakfast and a special mention to the jolly breakfast waiter. Giovanna is a wonderful hotel manager and nothing was too much trouble. She creates a very friendly atmosphere and is genuinely interested in where we had visited and where we intend to visit, giving helpful advice and suggestions. This hotel is a gem in the middle of Tuscany and ideal for both families, couples and solo travellers. The town itself albeit small, has some good restaurants, thermal springs opposite the hotel and a small Carrefour, tabac and pharmacy.

Absolutely wonderful We stayed here to attend the Andrea Bocelli concert . The hotel is wonderful full of Italian charm . Clean and quiet and so Italian . Giovanna and her husband are so helpful and charming Giovanna made all the transport arrangements for ourselves and other guests to attend the concert . The room was very spacious with good air conditioning The pool area is very nice . We can’t wait to return again . Thank you Giovanna for looking after us ,you are very kind x

Piacevole soggiorno Albergo storico, camere ampie e soffitti altissimi. Luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Piscina buona e sufficientemente ampia circondata da ampio giardino e tavoli ombreggiati. Ottima colazione con frutta di stagione e varietà di salato e dolce. Servizio al di sopra della media in termini di cortesia, flessibilità e disponibilita’. Camere un po’ datate ma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito.

Albergo Ottimo! Siamo stati in questo albergo ad inizio di agosto. La valutazione non può non essere positiva: la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari non ha eguali, la struttura è accogliente e pulita, il posto tranquillo... Davvero un'ottima struttura!

A wonderful experience with the perfect hosts We visited for four nights for the annual Bocelli concert and had a wonderful stay. Our hard-working hosts were charming and kind, making every guest feel at home. The hotel is well located in a very quiet area, just a 2 to 3 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Parking is provided onsite at no cost. The complimentary buffet breakfast was generous, high quality, and varied, with multiple types of local hams and cheeses, boiled eggs, an extensive range of fresh bread and croissants, multiple cakes and tarts, fresh fruit and juices, yogurt, and an endless supply of cappuccino and espresso served by the friendly and attentive staff. Visiting during the heat wave, we appreciated that the bedroom was well air-conditioned and the minifridge was stocked with still and sparkling water! For me, a hotel bathroom also has to hit the important notes, and it did with instant hot water, strong shower pressure, and a good supply of high-quality towels, shampoo, and soap. The swimming pool is in a luxuriantly landscaped and bucolic garden with comfortable furniture, including loungers, tables & chairs, and sun umbrellas. As a bonus, the strong WiFi is usable at the pool, which allowed me to sneak in the odd hour of work while sipping a cappuccino or cold drink! This hotel is a hidden jewel, and the hospitality and value for money are quite unbelievable.

Perfect in every way We stayed here as part of a Tuscan self guided cycle tour where the accommodation was booked for us. We started and finished our tour of the region here and so stayed two nights. It was without doubt the best place we stayed in Tuscany and the best place we have stayed in Worldwide travel for a long time. The hotel is owned by a lovely couple who have had the hotel in their family for generations. They dearly love and care for the hotel and it’s business and it shows. They went out of their way to help and advise us with anything we needed and found a place to keep our bike boxes while we were here n our tour. It is a beautiful hotel with so much history and is a brilliant place to relax by the pool or in the beautiful gardens or in the communal spaces inside as well as use as a base for seeing the local villages, towns and surrounding region. The breakfast was lovely with fresh made bread and other produce. We were so pleased that we found this place. It is special, as are the family that run it. We will most certainly be back. We highly recommend this for a relaxing place to stay and a great place from which to explore beautiful Tuscany.

Herzliche Betreuung Wir haben im Rahmen einer Eurobike-Tour eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Äusserst herzlicher und kompetenter Empfang. Grosses, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer in einem stilvollen Haus. Sejr gute Bewirtung im empfohlenen Restaurant Merlo.

Visite de la Toscane L accueil fut exceptionnel, Giovana et son mari font absolument tout ce qui est possible pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Ils sont toujours disponibles, savent vous aider dans vos recherches ,ainsi les visites de tous les sites merveilleux de la Toscane sont plus facilement abordables. Et en plus Givana parle français !!! Un grand merci à eux, qui nous ont permis de passer nos 50 ans de mariage dans de si bonnes conditions

Visiting Casciana Terme With Friends and Back to a Favorite Hotel I have been staying at this hotel since 2014. Large, comfortable rooms, good Wifi, and delicious breakfast. Secure parking (for both autos and motorcycles.) Pool (though cold in early October), outdoor patio and inside bar. The manager (Giovanna) I have known since 2014 and she offers a warm, hospitable stay. she speaks English and is VERY helpful with suggestions for the local area. I will be back to this family friendly hotel.
